I'm 67 and have been happily married for 40+ years. Until a few years ago, when I ejaculated my semen was quite watery and runny, squirting from my penis. In fact if left for a short while on my tummy after masturbation, it would soon start to run down my side onto whatever I happened to by lying on.

Now though, when I masturbate I notice that my semen just oozes from my penis and is so thick it tends to stay on the head of my penis or only runs very slowly down the shaft after some time.

Thankfully, the pleasure of orgasm is just as intense, if not more so, than it has ever been. I also produce a large amount of Cowper's fluid during the preparatory phase of sex or masturbation.

This may not be a health issue at all, I hope not. I've searched for remedies before and I notice some were suggesting more intake of water. I drink quite a bit of water during the day so I don't think that is a solution.
