His and Her Health

the other day I noticed my boyfriends testicles were very flame red and looked a little enlarged. they also felt/looked leathery/wrinkled. Normally the skin down there is pretty pale and also he normally has one testicle that is much smaller than the other (it didnt drop till he was 18 and sometimes it goes back up) but today it looked to be about the same size as the other.

we have not had sex in a week and a half now and he says he hadnt showerd for four-five days and when he did he used body wash to rub one off and didnt rinse very well (..... stupid boy) so im just wondering if this is maybe just severe dry skin or if it could be something more serious? are there any health or std related diseases with these symptoms?

if its just dry skin whats the best thing to put on it?

Is he complaining of pain,soreness or itching of the testicles? He might want to be examined by his doctor who could also treat him if necessary. We cannot recommend treatments on line.

No pain yet, he said they were a little itchy the other day.

If this truly bothers him he should see his doctor for a diagnoses
