Are you getting pills from your doctor or are you just buying them from on-line advertising?
If your doctor has seen you and prescribed the pills you should see a different doctor. You need to see a Urologist, they have seen these problems before and know how to treat them,

you can do it anywhere. even when you are sitting on your office desk. Just flex and move the muscles as if you are about to stop urinating. That will strengthen your pelvic muscles and you can control your ejaculation.
