I am a 22 year old male. In the past month or so I have noticed that every time I masturbate I ejaculate, but I have no orgasm. I know and can feel the ejaculation, but no pleasure. I have recently just got over a bout of HOCD (Homosexual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder... for those who don't know) I know that I am a straight male, but sometimes OCD gets the best of me. During this bout of OCD I masturbated at least 4 times a day and I started to notice that every time I did it. I was losing the feeling of pleasure, until eventually I lost all feeling of orgasm. As of late I could really care less about sexual activity. I used to be really happy and have a good sex drive, but now I don't. I don't think it helps that my gf has no sex drive and I do. What do I do? What can I do?

We can't diognose over the internet. It would be best if you saw a Urogologist and discussed your problem with him/her.

Your post caught my attention. I began the "ejaculation without orgasm" thread here, four or more years ago. We have over a hundred men (and one or two women) with the same problem.
