An updated North American Menopause Society position statement on hormone therapy was recently released. Even though the document is intended for physicians and it may be a little scientifically over some of our heads, it includes some really important information that I think anyone interested in the topic should have access to. The North American Menopause Society is the preeminent resource on all aspects of menopause to both healthcare providers and the public so their position statements are significant.
