Now it is not uncommon to hear complaints such as â my lips are too big, or my vagina is too loose. How did all this come about? Much of it is undoubtedly media-driven. Vagina's and vulvas' have hit prime time network television thanks to The Oprah Winfrey Show and the writers on Grey's Anatomy coining the now-infamous term va-jay-jay.
